We’ve set pre-orders for America’s 250 birthday and the hardcover release date for September 15th (International Day of Democracy) to highlight how important both our country and our democracy are to the content of the novel, and of course, to our lives.
At its heart, the story is a deeply American one, where personal liberties and the foundations of our democratic republic hang in the balance.

When I signed my first publishing deal with Blue Handle Publishing in February of this year, I was beyond excited. That excitement continued to build when our deal was announced on Publisher’s Marketplace on March 10th.
It has always been a dream of mine to be a published writer. And now, turning that dream into reality is closer than ever.
Blue Handle has announced the publication date of September 15th for my debut novel Just a Shot Away. At that time, preorders and purchasing will be available through a link on this site, on the Blue Handle site, and through Amazon and Barnes and Noble online, as well as in Barnes and Noble stores.
